The system has two parts: (1) Management System to be used by athletic competition supporting staff (login account required) and (2) Inquiry System to be used by general public for information services (no login account). The system provided the information regarding competition schedules, player details, record breaking list, the complete daily competition results, and Medal statistics and other related information. The system used “form” for both management interface and the query interface. These days, computer hardware system processing speed and memory capacity have improved dramatically. No matter it is hardware, software, or network bandwidths, all can support the rapid transmission and playback graphical interface and processing of audio and video files. Moreover, users are also accustomed to operate graphical interface. Therefore, this study attempts to use new technologies or new concepts to find new elements and to enhance the existing information systems. The study found that there are rooms for improvements in the following areas: (1) information systems and individual user interface, (2) information systems’ active broadcasting, (3) information systems’ social media usage, and (4) information systems’ linking audio-visual recording.
