    Abstract: 本論文經由專家訪談及針對營造廠商、建築師事務所、工程顧問公司、建設公司、室內裝修等工程行業,實施問卷調查,調查內容為BIM技術與傳統估價數量計算及其效能差異性分析總有效樣本數為55份。
    ;This paper through the expert interview and to create manufacturers, architects, construction companies, construction companies, interior decoration and other engineering industries, the implementation of the questionnaire survey. The survey content is BIM technology and the traditional valuation quantity calculation and the efficiency difference analysis total effective sample number is 55.
    In this paper, BIM and the traditional valuation of the performance of the implementation of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the practical survey, the use of research tools for SPSS software to do statistical analysis. On the trend of weighted average chart, Application of BIM and traditional estimation of different engineering types in engineering valuation(construction, industrial workshop, civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, track engineering) And the scale of different projects (ten million or less, ten million-fifty million, fifty million-two hundred million, more than two hundred million) The accuracy, cost, time, and the difference of the overall benefit.
    The research results show that the type of project and the scale of the project will affect the use of BIM and traditional valuation. Traditional valuation has its advantages, but it can not replace the advantages of BIM. Due to the different needs of the project, the professional division of labor is detailed, and only the BIM software can not show the benefit. The combination of other professional software and collaborative work, in order to complement each other.
