Abstract:	本文探討在一元配置(One-Way Layout)實驗設計中，藥物劑量反應具常態分布情形下鑑別最低有效劑量(Minimum Effective Dose，簡記MED )之檢定，此處的最低有效劑量為具有療效的最小劑量水準。首先根據樣本均數建構一個對比(Contrast)得到一個新的檢定，並且考慮文獻中既有的統計量，進一步提出整合檢定。上述檢定為封閉降階檢定(Closed Step-Down Test)，因此，皆能嚴格地控制族誤差率(Familywise Error Rate )。為了解這些方法的表現，利用蒙地卡羅(Monte Carlo)方法模擬本文所提檢定方法及文獻中某些方法的檢定力(Power)和偏誤(Bias)。最後分析實例資料，藉以說明所提方法之應用。
