Abstract:	「究竟落後國家產業要如何追趕上先進國家產業?」本文研究的議題，對於臺灣自行車產業的歷史更給予格外的一層意義，臺灣的廠商如何巧妙的因應轉型，進而達到產業結構內涵深層次質變，就本文所觀察，如何由追求「量的委託製造」主要經營模式，轉型成為「新功能、新材質、新用途之具有高附加價值的高階產品」之研發基地，在全球自行車工業分工體系中，何以扮演關鍵性重要的角色。;"What is the backward state industry to catch up with the advanced state industry?"
