    Title: 以 ISO 14064 溫室氣體盤查驗證廠務系統節能之成效

    Abstract: 溫室效應、臭氧層破壞、土石流、酸雨、河川污染......這些破壞的源頭均來自於人類,不但破壞了大自然的生態環境,也使得人們居住的生活環境不斷的惡化,直到近幾年來天災不斷頻傳,國際社會上才開始漸漸體會到維持環境生態的重要性。
    本研究以國內某偏光片製造廠為溫室氣體盤查對象,依據 ISO 14064 及溫室氣體盤查議定書標準,調查 2016 年溫室氣體排放狀況,針對其結果進行分析,並提出減少溫室氣體排放量的減量措施。依據結果顯示,個案公司 2016 年排放的溫室氣體種類主要有四大類,分別為 CO2 (二氧化碳)、CH4 (甲烷)、N2O (氧化亞氮) 及 HFCs (氫氟碳化物),其中CO2 (二氧化碳) 的排放量為 20,949,767 (公噸CO2e/年),佔總排放比例 99.38%;CH4 (甲烷) 的排放量為 121.688 (公噸CO2e/年),佔總排放比例 0.58%;N2O (氧化亞氮) 的排放量則為 3.741 (公噸CO2e/年),佔總排放比例 0.02%;最後 HFCs (氫氟碳化) 的排放量則為 6.311 (公噸CO2e/年),佔總排放比例 0.03%。自 2008 年導入溫室氣體盤查驗證,2009 ~ 2015年單位產能碳排放量分別下降 36%、37%、33%、14%、31%、33% 及34%,使全球暖化趨勢能獲得舒緩。
    除了溫室氣體排放量盤查之外,本研究也針對北部某偏光片製造工廠作個案分析,調查該廠房的用電分佈,結果發現廠務系統耗電佔整體耗電量 52.29%,為最大耗電來源,其次為偏光廠耗電約佔 37.58%,二者所佔耗電量高達 90%,研究結果亦可了解科技廠房節能效益及提供廠務人員訂定節能策略之參考。
    ;Global warming, ozone layer destruction, mud floods, acid rain, and water pollution are caused by human beings. We not only destroy the ecosystem but worsen our own living environment. International society started to be aware of the importance of ecological balance due to the continuous natural disasters in recent years.
    The main research object for greenhouse gases inventory is some polarizer manufacturer in Taiwan. This research shows the result of the investigation for emission of greenhouse gases in 2016 according to ISO 14064 and GHG Protocol and provides some measures for reducing emission of greenhouse gases. According to the analyses, the case object, the polarizer manufacturer, emitted four main greenhouse gases: CO2, CH4 ,N2O, and HFCs. Emissions of CO2, was 20,949,797 (ton CO2,/year),which accounted for 99.38% of total emissions. Emissions of CH4 was 121,688 (ton CO2,/year), which accounted for 0.58% of total emissions. Emissions of N2O was 3.741 (ton CO2,/year), which accounted for 0.02% of total emissions. The Emissions of HFCs was 6.311 (ton CO2,/year), which accounted for 0.03% of total emissions. Since bringing in the verification of greenhouse gases inventory in 2008. The unit production of carbon emissions from 2009 to 2015 have decreased to 36%, 37%, 33%, 14%, 31%, 33%, and 34%,which shows downward trend of global warning.
    Besides greenhouse gases inventory, a polarizer manufactory in northern Taiwan. was analysis as an individual case in this research. After investigating electricity distribution in manufactory , it turned out that the power consumption of the factory services accounts for 52.29% of total power consumption, which is the biggest resource. The second biggest is from its polarizer manufacturer whose power consumption accounts for 37.58%, Both of them consume 90% of electricity. The research result also helps understand energy efficiency in technology factories and provides more information for plant affairs personnel to set energy-saving policies.
