    Abstract: 近年來許多本土色母粒製造商在產品生產工藝、設備裝置水平、產品質量等方面長足的進步具備與國際企業抗衡的能力,不只是搶佔低階色母粒市場,在高端產品市場份額逐年擴大,國際企業集團深受激烈市場競爭與利潤銳減所苦。為了鞏固客戶以增加市場佔有率,除了不斷在產品研發上創新外,透過優化的內部存貨管理提升客戶服務水準,讓公司更有競爭優勢。
    本論文研究希冀提供一個不需經過繁雜的數學運算,快速且有數據佐證的系統以供企業在實務面的應用。個案公司運用延遲化差異策略,先行生產不同載體單一標準色的色母粒做為在製品來滿足快速變化的客製化色彩需求,並且從眾多產品應用中選擇化學纖維主要載體PBT單一標準色色母粒的存貨水準,以系統模擬工具Arena軟體執行模擬現行狀況與最佳化解結果,讓個案公司管理團隊設定存貨水準的決策依據。本研究的目的不單只是追求最低存貨總成本,希望更進一步的瞭解各項成本與服務水準的影響,提供個案公司在衡量經營策略及存貨目標下,找到最適合個案公司的存貨水準。
    ;In recent years, many local master-batches manufacturers have made considerable progress in production processes, equipment levels, and product quality. They have the ability to compete with international companies, not only to seize the low-end master-batches market, but also to expand their market share in high-end products. International business groups suffer from fierce market competition and sharp drop in profits. In order to consolidate customers to increase market share, in addition to constantly innovating in product research and development, through the optimization of internal inventory management to enhance customer service standards, so that companies have a competitive advantage.
    This study hopes to provide a fast and data-supported system to use in practical applications for case company without complicated mathematical operations. Case company use the postponement strategy to produce single pigment content (SPC) master-batches in advance as work-in-process product to meet the rapidly changing customer color requirements. And focuses on the single pigment content (SPC) master-batches for carrier PBT in the fiber application. Using the system simulation tool Arena to perform the simulation result of the current situation and the optimization solution to let the case company to set up better inventory levels. The purpose of this study is not only to get the lowest total cost of inventory, but also to further understand the impact of various costs of inventory and service levels. The conclusions of the simulation may provide a better way to select appropriate inventory levels base on business strategies and inventory target.
