頁數：32頁 校所組別：國立中央大學工業管理研究所碩士在職專班 畢業時間及題要別：106學年度第二學期碩士論文提要 研究生：謝學綱 指導教授：曾富祥博士 論文摘要： 半導體在台灣已超過30年，這30年來為了讓台灣和全世界的供應鏈連結在一起。從之前單一的出貨型態到越來越多的物流業在台灣興起。出貨系統的確伴演了很重要的角色且一直都在進步中。如何去管理眾多客戶的產品出貨型態。並用手上有限的資源做安排是本論文的中心思想。 我們要將這理論實際運用在公司作業中。在兼顧品質的情況去減少人力的浪費。據了解，從2005日月光測試廠開始導入出貨包裝系統的服務後，其測試廠的產能需求一直沒有都沒有被不景氣所影響。我想提供這個服務系統的確是讓日月光多了一個優勢，當初用小成本其所造成的效益的確是超乎一剛開始的預期。並導入一些統計的概念，兼顧成本和品質是個把理論運用在實做上非常成功的範例。 以下為本文所得的結論： 1. 面對要求多，作業複雜的客戶別，一定就是要用比較高的成本來去做管控，相對的，要求比較標準其接受度高的客戶。工廠就會比較有信心去用較少的成本去做相對品質的管控。 2. 本文將針對測試廠客製化出貨系統的管控細項，從系統面的出貨地設定到標籤設定。再來實際作業的包裝方式、包裝材料及需要的數個系統操作規範。甚至客戶所要求的客製化都通通來依依陳述。 3. 最後再利用A公司過去的歷史紀錄來為各家客戶做個簡單的分類總表。期待從紀錄裡面找到為客製化出貨系統的作業方式訂下檢查的標準。 ;Abstract Semiconductor had been developed in Taiwan over 30 years， we already know Semi had been chained Taiwan with the whole world with global supply chain。 Before the shipping method is very simple。But today there are more and more logistics companies in Taiwan。We can say the customize shipping system really play a very important role and it is getting better recently for sure。How to arrange and manage the different shipping styles of each customer with limit resource。This is the central concept of this paper。 We want to put this theory into practice of factor operation。To reduce the waste of human resource with same level quality insurance。As my understanding，after ASE Final TEST introduce customize shipping system service since 2005。The loading of ASE Final Test never be short of capacity。 It didn′t affect by global recession。More or less，I think this must be a advantage that ASE have customize shipping system service to their customers。The benefit is over the expectation that we use less cost in the beginning。We also use SPC concept on this project。We think this is a very successful model to put theory into practice with cost and quality。 Allow me to summary as below: 1。 If customer request more about complicated operation。We must control this operation with higher cost and resource。Otherwise，if customer is willing to accept factor standard operation。We will have more confidence to maintain the same quality level with fewer cost and resource。 2。 We will detail talk about some control items。As system design，we will consider the ship to code setup and label config。Next we will talk about the physical packing operation、packing material & several shipping systems specific。Even we will include customize systems one by one。 3。 Then we will have simple category summary for all customers base on the history records of A company。We expect to define standard check list for customize shipping system from the records。
