    Abstract: 本文利用先前實驗室所使用的AI系列做衍生,第一部分合成出以1H-thieno[3,4-d]imidazole為核心之AI110,第二部分則以AI系列片段,合成出以dibenzo[f,h]thieno[3,4-b]quinoxaline為核心之DBTQ1、DBTQ2及DBTQ3,藉由設計新的核心,使分子平面性提高,進而提升電洞遷移率,期望此新型電洞傳輸材料在光電轉換效率上有所提升,並應用於鈣鈦礦太陽能電池。;In this thesis, utilizing the AI series that had been used by our lab makes derivatives. The first part is AI110 with 1H-thieno[3,4-d]imidazole as the core. The second part is DBTQ1, DBTQ2 and DBTQ3 with dibenzo[f,h]thieno- [3,4-b]quinoxaline as the core from the fragments of AI series. By designing new core, we can enhance the planarity of the molecule, and increase the hole mobility. The new hole transporting materials are prospective that can improve photoelectric conversion efficiency on the application of perovskite solar cells (PSCs).
