    Abstract: 台灣的汽車業因市場小,顧客需求要能及時對應,包括各種顏色、式樣、內裝及科技配備等,均需根據消費者不同需求迅速對應,將顧客需求與工廠生產及協力廠物料進行連結,滿足顧客交車時間,並降低物流與生產成本,增加競爭優勢,隨著科技發展如何運用資訊科技來協助企業提升競爭力,包括自動化、智能化、系統化等各種方式,將產銷緊密地結合創造優質的價值鏈,發揮最大的競爭力來滿足顧客需求,取得市場有利的競爭位置。本研究乃藉由對個案公司對汽車製程系統改善,探討其如何利用資訊科技之軟硬體整合包括MES系統、SCADA系統、RFID、ERP系統、PLC等,達到生產效率與彈性之改善,使供應鏈間更加緊密。以期將探討結果推展應用於汽車產業上、下游之生產線及其他組立裝配業等。本研究探討所得結論如下:
     導入生產追蹤與控制有利於供應鏈效能提升,應持續深化進行。
     運用新科技與內部改善活動應持續推動實施。
    也希望藉由本項研究探討能提供企業在面對新的生產製造科技能有所助益。;Taiwan’s automobile industry has small market , and customer demand need to respond in time, including various colors, specification, interior, technology parts ,all need to respond quickly to different demand of customer, and link customer demand with factory production process and the materials of supplier to meet the delivery time of customers ,and reduce logistical and production cost to increase competitive advantages. With the development of technology, how to use information technology to help enterprises improve their competitiveness, including automation, intelligence, systematization and other ways can integrate the production and sales closely to create a superior value chain, at the same time to maximize the competitiveness to satisfy customer demand and achieve a favorable competitive position in the market. This study focuses on the case company’s optimization of automobile manufacturing processes and dig into how it uses information integration systems such as MES/SCADA/RFID/ERP/PLC/etc. to actually improve on the efficiency and flexibility of the process, thus bringing the supply chain tighter. This result is expected to be applied to the whole automobile industry, from the production of supplier end to the factory and finally how it affects other assembly industry process.
    The findings of the research are as below:
    - Implement manufacturing process tracking and controlling improves supply chain efficiency, the optimization should be a continuous and non-stop process.
    - The use of new technology to improve internal process should be remain a on-going project.
    The discussion on this topic hopefully will provide ideas of application on new technology for enterprises on their manufacturing aspect of business.
