    Abstract: 汽車以租代購在中國發展迅速,緊跟著汽車融資以及租賃產業突飛猛進的發展,投入此產業者也越來越多,隨著政府補貼政策、網路發達的宣傳,產生了許多不同的市場機會。
    本研究針對中國電動汽車的創新經營模式做深度分析與評估,首先探討汽車產業概況與新能源汽車的發展概況,再根據Osterwalder and Pigneur(2010)所提出的商業模式來進一步分析中國大陸新能源汽車以租代購的經營模式與未來發展。
    本研究的結論包括: 1.未來新能源汽車將成為中國汽車市場的主流 2.以租代購的經營模式清晰明確,具體可行 3.業者宜自律以降低以租代購的風險與弊端。本研究針對電動汽車產業以租代購經營模式的建議包括: 1.提升融資租賃服務的專業知識 2.提升銀行汽車貸款和廠商金融貸款的專業知識 3.掌握市場最新資訊與動態 4.做好競爭者分析與因應對策。
    本研究提出對未來研究方向的建議,包括: 1.進行量化研究,結果將更具意義 2.持續追蹤未來電動汽車產業的發展 3.未來可以針對電動汽車產業其他的經營模式做深入分析。;Leasing rather than buying a car is developing rapidly in China. Along with the skyrocketing development of the car loan and leasing business industry, more and more people are stepping in this industry. Moreover, with the government’s subsidy policy and the wide-spread propaganda in the network, many different market opportunities have popped up.

    This study will perform an in-depth analysis and evaluation of the innovative business model of Chinese electric cars. First, we will investigate the current situation of the car industry and the developmental situation of new energy cars. Then, based on the business model raised by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010), we will further analyze the leasing rather than buying business model for new energy cars and its future development in China. This study will be performed on a qualitative basis. The research subject will be the innovative business model of Chinese electric cars and a profound analysis and evaluation will be made on leasing rather than buying. This study is intended to investigate the developmental situation and its innovative business model of Chinese electric cars and the investigation will be focused on the approach of leasing rather than buying. Since the nature of this study is to interpret issues, it is therefore suitable for using the case-study method in the qualitative study. This study will secondarily use data collection and the interview-with-industry-experts method.
    The conclusion of this study includes: 1. New energy cars will become the mainstream on the future Chinese car market. 2. The leasing rather than buying business model is crystal clear and feasible. 3. Business providers should well discipline themselves to minimize the leasing rather than busying risk and drawback. For the leasing rather than buying business model for the electric car industry, this study would recommend: 1. Boost the professional knowledge of car loan and leasing services. 2. Boost the professional knowledge of bank car loads and company financing. 3. Keep track of the latest market information and trend. 4. Be well prepared with the competitor analysis and the countermeasure.

    This study proposes recommendations for the future research direction, which includes: 1. Perform a quantification study, the result will be more meaningful. 2. Continuously trace the future development of the electric car industry. 3. Perform an in-depth analysis for other business models of the electric car industry in the future.
