;The establishment of the Taiwan Science Park is based on the premise of intensive high-tech industries and the promotion of Taiwan’s overall innovation and development. According to the present situation, most of the Taiwan Science Parks are mainly electronics-oriented export-oriented manufacturers. However, the global economy has been trapped in recent years. Many export-oriented countries were heavily damaged. Therefore, this study is intended to target Taiwan’s e-listed companies to explore the comparison between R&D innovation and production performance of Taiwan’s in and outside Science Park manufacturers from 2010 to 2016. In addition, with the rapid diffusion of globalized economy and technology, it is further explored whether there are international cooperation in the invention of patents in and outside the park’s manufacturers. The empirical results show that in the R&D and patents, the manufacturers in the park have a positive effect on the total factor productivity. Especially in the performance of patents, the manufacturers in the park are obviously better than the outside of the park. It means that the companies in the park still have advantages in research and innovation, and they also have a full impact on the total factor productivity of the company. In addition, considering the assessment of international cooperation in patent research and development, it also has a highly positive and significant effect on the total factor productivity in the park, but the manufacturers outside the park are negative. This may be because patents are exclusive technologies of companies in all countries and are relatively private. Therefore, the manufacturers outside the park may have negative correlations in international cooperation in patent research and development. However, there may be some protection or cooperation mechanisms in the science parks, so that the firms in the park are showing a positive relationship.
