國內中小企業在近幾年面臨全球國際化之趨勢,內、外部困境日漸增加,如何改善現況,是迫切要解決的問題。透過ISO 9001品質管理系統,將企業內部管理整合,不論是文件、流程以及人員的管理,都能得到一套完善的規劃。 ISO 9001品質管理系統屬國家標準團體的世界性聯盟,所訂定的標準適合於各行各業,不論是製造業或是服務業皆可適用,然而目前國內企業雖擁有ISO 9001品質管理系統,但在執行上仍是不盡完善,本研究想要探討的問題是: 1、企業在執行ISO 9001品質管理系統狀況為何? 2、企業執行ISO 9001品質管理系統其績效如何? 3、追究出原因後要如何改善? 本研究以問卷研究法進行實證分析,將找出的問題利用8十事業模式提出改善對策,讓國內企業得以參考。 ;Domestic SMEs are facing globalization in recent years. Internal and external dilemmas are increasing. How to improve the status quo is an urgent problem to be solved. Through the ISO 9001 quality management system, the company′s internal management and integration, whether it is documents, processes and personnel management, can get a complete plan. The ISO 9001 quality management system is a global alliance of national standards organizations. The standard applies to all walks of life. Both manufacturing and service industries apply. However, although domestic companies have an ISO 9001 quality management system, their implementation is still not perfect. The questions that this study wants to explore are: 1)What is the status of the company implementing the ISO 9001 quality management system? 2)How does the company implement the ISO 9001 quality management system? 3)How to improve after investigating the reasons? In this study, a questionnaire analysis method was used to conduct empirical analysis. The problem found was that 80% of business models were used to propose improvement measures for reference by domestic companies.
