摘要:	機電設備是整個建築物重要資產，然而設備狀況之良窳深切影響整個機場營運（影響飛機起降、旅客行程、機場安全、商業行為等等）,其所造成之損失當然也非同小可，機場在全球競爭的市場環境下生存之重要關鍵因素。建築物似人類的身體，土建結構是人的骨架及外表皮膚，變電室是人的心臟，電力線路是人的血管，飲用水系統是嘴巴、食道、腸胃，污廢水系統是腎臟、排泄系統，弱電監控系統是鼻子耳朵眼睛。因此機場建物針對公共設施機電體檢、點交、驗收(及平常例行性機電消防管理維護保養等)極為重要，需會專業、謹慎、用心替機場做最嚴格把關。謹以桃園國際機場為例，就其設施維護管理之探討與缺失檢討，研提相關精進做法，期提昇設備妥善率與維護管理效能，以維機場營運正常。 ;Electromechanical equipment is an important asset of the entire building. However, the condition of the equipment has a profound impact on the operation of the entire airport (affecting aircraft movements, passenger journeys, airport security, business practices, etc.), and the losses caused by it are of course different. The airport is global. An important key factor for survival in a competitive market environment. The building is human-like, the civil structure is the human skeleton and the external skin. The transformation room is the human heart, the power line is the human blood vessel, the drinking water system is the mouth, the esophagus, the stomach, the sewage system is the kidney, the drainage system. The weak electricity monitoring system is the nose and ears of the eyes. Therefore, airport construction is extremely important for the electrical and mechanical inspection, point-of-sale, acceptance (and routine routine mechanical and electrical fire management, maintenance, etc.) of public facilities. It is necessary to be professional, cautious, and careful to do the most strict checks for the airport. aking Taoyuan International Airport as an example, we will conduct a detailed review on the discussion and lack of review of the maintenance and management of its facilities, and improve the equipment proper rate and maintenance management efficiency to maintain normal airport operations.
