Abstract:	行為控制理論假設控制者（controller）可以運用不同的控制模式 (control mode) 來確保受控制者 (controlee) 朝著控制者的目標前進。然而，複雜的專案卻面臨了特別的挑戰，因為它涉及到動態和不確定性。過去的文獻指出非正式控制可以補充正式控制的不足。然而，「如何」和「在什麼條件下」互補會產生卻鮮少有深入研究。要解答此一疑問的方法之一，便是去了解控制如何被實作。這個為期三年的研究計畫試圖從控制實踐 (control enactment) 的角度去探究這個議題。本研究將在第一年設計和執行多個案研究。在第二年，將發展一個紮根理論。第三年的工作要點則是從前兩年的個案研究結果中，找出的重要因素，並進行大規模的調查研究。 ;Behavioral control theory posits that a controller can ensure a controlee works towards controller goals through the use of different control modes. Complex projects pose particular challenges for applying control because of the dynamism and uncertainty involved. Prior studies suggest informal control can complement formal control. However, there is little in-depth explanation for how and under what conditions the complementarity occurs. Part of the answer rests on how control is enacted. This 3-year project attempts to address this issue from the perspective of control enactment. A case study will be designed and executed in the first year. In the second year, a grounded theory will be developed. Important factors derived from the findings of the first two years will be included in a large-scale survey study in the third year.
