    Abstract: 亨龍工業股份有限公司成立於1978 年,是一個製造商和銷售手工具,所有認證的 iso9001: 2008品質保證標準。主要產品包括電信和網路壓接工具、 精密刀具電纜剝線鉗、 終端壓接工具,沖壓工具、 電纜紮帶緊固工具、工具組、光纖 SMA/SMB 工具、同軸纜線切割機及電纜剝線鉗等...。然而,亨龍工業股份有限公司已面臨非常嚴峻的挑戰,主要來自中國內地,不惜一切代價模仿設計 產品。因此,迫切需要利用最新技術的研究和開發幫助是日前最重要的事情,我們特別針對亨龍有限公司目前承接業務中,協助開發各式成型模具。 我們預計使用精密沖壓機台如精密沖壓機台搭配精密模具設計,可以取代齒型精密加工專用設備製作手工具在該計畫中,模具設計方面我們預計分兩年完成以下的工作: 第一年:具精密齒型手工具鍛造製程與模具開發:鑄造預成型與精密手工具完成鍛造模具開發。 (已完成) 第二年:具精密齒型手工具鍛造製程與模具開發:一模多穴精密鍛造手工具製程鍛造模具開發。 而另外我們輔以模具模擬,模擬整個電纜鉗鑄造製程與鍛造製程,把精密齒型結構以近淨形(near net shape)成型模具。 ;Founded in 1978, Hanlong Industrial Co., Ltd. is both a manufacturer and seller of hand tools, all certified by ISO9001:2008 Quality Assurance Standard. The main products include telecommunication and networking crimping tools, precision cutters, cable strippers, terminal crimping tools, punch down tools, cable tie fastening tools, tool kits, fiber optic SMA/SMB tools, coaxial cable cutter & strippers, etc..However, Hanlong Industrial Co.,Ltd has faced a very severe challenges, mainly from mainland China, for mimicking the design & products at all costs. Therefore, desperate in need of help from the research and development using the latest technology is the top priority. In this study, a precision forging process for making cable strippers with highly precise gear shapes is numerically and experimentally investigated. The aim of the study is to design the crucial mold of the finishing forging process with highly precise gear shape such that the mold rationalization can be achieved (tool wear is prolonged and tool fracture should be minimized). In addition, in order to ensure the appropriateness of the suggested modification, a 3-dimensional finite element simulation on each sequence is performed, and carefully compared with experimental investigations. Year 1:A novel process based on lost wax perform and near net shape forging mold will be developed numerically and experimentally.(completed) Year2:In order to further reduce the material cost with enhanced mechanical properties, a multiple shapes mold will be developed to significantly increase the productivity.
