    摘要: 本研究成功建立電容式油液污濁度感測系統,具有結構簡單、直流電壓輸出、即時量測等優點,利用電容特性量測不同濃度的常見加工物質及加工低碳鋼時加工油的污濁度變化,當感測器元件浸入加工油時,會改變感測器內的介電質,接著透過電路設計轉換成直流電壓訊號並透過濾波器優化輸出訊號,可即時量測當下加工油污濁程度。藉此探討放電加工油中污濁粒子對其介電常數之影響,並利用理論計算與討論粒子濃度與加工油介電常數變化之關係。;In this paper, a sensing system based on the capacitive principle to detect particle concentration in the machining oil is presented, which has the advantages of simple structure, DC voltage output, and real-time detection. Different concentration of common particles from machining and the turbidity of machining oil when machining low-carbon steel can be measured by utilizing the characteristics of capacitive sensor. When the capacitive sensor is immersed in the machining oil, the dielectric in the sensor will be changed, and the converted output of DC voltage signal will be filtered through the circuit design. Hence, we can measure the degree of turbidity of the machining oil instantly. To compare the theoretical value and experimental value, the relationship between the concentration of particle and the measurement of machining oil is discussed.
