大數據的沿革讓資料中心(Data Center)的品質需求逐年升高,設備停擺造成資料傳輸中斷將影響經濟活動,因此,雲端服務公司對於光纖通訊元件有高可靠性的品質要求。本研究個案以光纖通訊產業與供應鏈為背景,以不同的管理方法與工具應用在品質異常狀況。供應商品質管理部門(SQM)導入流程分為供應商評鑑、考核與輔導,對外輔導品質手法有製程失效模式與效應分析(FMEA)、控制計畫(Control Plan),對內則以品質改善歷程(QC Story)問題解決方法型展開,QC Story方法結合特性要因圖/魚骨圖(Cause-and-Effect Diagram/Fish Bone)、Ford 8D與戴明循環(PDCA)的工具。以不定期稽核與定期考核模式來實施供應商品質管理,用意在於建立有效管理模式以達降低品質風險。個案公司在面對買方劣勢狀態下,以品質管理工具與供應商有一致的語言達到良好溝通與品質改善目的。;Quality demand of data center has been gradually increased by yearly. The interruption of data transmission will cause equipment shutdown also affect economic activities. The optical fiber communication components is requested high reliability by icloud service. This research is based on optical fiber communication supplier chain. Implementing supplier evaluation, assessment and counseling. For external, quality method has FMEA, Control Plan., and the QC Story of problem solving type for internal. The QC Story method combines the features of the Cause-and-Effect Diagram/Fish Bone, the Ford 8D and the Deming Cycle. Implementing supplier quality management with irregular audits and periodic assessment is intended to establish an effective management model to reduce quality risks. The case study is under the buyer’s disadvantage using quality management tools and achieves good communication with suppliers.
