    Abstract: 本研究開發了創新的演算法用以處理脈衝式蘭摩爾探針(PLP)響應電流並估算電離層電漿的電子溫度以及電子濃度。包括理想脈衝響應估算演算法,污染層殘餘電壓估算演算法,以及電子電流過渡區指數函數的參數鑑別,它們能夠改善安裝在小衛星上,而且表面受到汙染層覆蓋的PLP響應電流的訊號處理,改善包括,蘭摩爾探針(LP)電路雜散電容的影響,脈衝間隔時間不足的影響,以及低軌道衛星的高角速度飛行對電漿量測的影響。本文也利用軟體模擬的響應電流,來驗證本研究的演算法可以改善電子溫度估算達到5%的精度。也改善電子濃度估算達到5%精度。;This paper developed innovative algorithm which included the ideal impulse response estimation algorithm , the contaminated layer crossover voltage estimate algorithm and the parameter identification of the electronic current transition region exponential function to process PLP current response and estimate the electron temperature and electron concentrations of the ionosphere plasma.
    These algorithm can improve the effects of the PLP response current installed on the small satellite and covered by the pollution layer. improvements include the effects of stray capacitance in Langmuir probe (LP) circuit , the effects of insufficient pulse interval time and the effects of high-angle flight if low-orbit satellites on plasma measurements. This paper also used the software simulation to response current and verify that the algorithm can improve the accuracy of the eletronic temperature estimation to 5%. It also improves the electronic concentration estimation to achieve 5% accuracy.
