摘要:	本研究以臺灣模具沖壓業上市櫃公司為研究對象，探討第四屆公司治理評鑑系統的評鑑結果與公司經營績效之關聯性，並以模具沖壓業中的J公司為案例分析。研究結果發現：公司治理評鑑排名與公司財務績效及股利政策呈現明顯的正向關聯性；另外，個案公司的公司治理評鑑結果與市場價值有明顯的正向關聯性。本研究最後對個案公司針對提升公司治理評鑑等級之改進方向提出建議，做為強化個案公司治理實務與理論之參考，期許個案公司在第五屆公司治理評鑑結果能獲得更好的評鑑等級。;This study investigates the association between 2016 (3rd Round) corporate governance evaluation results and firm performance. TWSE (Taiwan Stock Exchange)/TPEx (Taipei Exchange, Over-The-Counter) listed companies in the mold stamping industry was selected and Company J is the case company which is the focus in this study. The findings show that the corporate governance ranking is positively related to financial performance and dividend policy in this industry. In addition, the corporate governance results of Company J have positive correlation with its stock market value. This study finally offers suggestions to Company J for the improvement of its corporate governance theory and practice.
