    Title: 台灣太陽能產業電池廠之成長策略探討—以U公司為研究對象

    Abstract: 太陽能是綠色能源裡重要的產業,而個案公司在經營十四年,從小公司到目前全台灣最大的太陽能企業,真是值得去窺探其經營手法。企業經營首要目標即為獲取利潤,企業如何將投入轉換成產出,藉此獲取利潤, 此一過程即為企業的商業模式。本研究首先從產業整體探討,接著採用個案分析法,選取台灣太陽能光電產業中的龍頭廠商為樣本(再生能源),個案公司所處的產業太陽能之發展階段,從企業成長策略切入商業模式,本研究發現台灣太陽能光電產業的產值集中於太陽能電池次產業,台灣太陽能電池次產業已經成為全球第二最大的生基地,個案公司以合併跨越四個次產業在太陽能。而台灣太陽能光電廠商個案公司則在技術能力上領先,優於其他台灣廠商,獲利率上優於其他廠商。
    本研究建議台灣太陽能電池廠商不論未來要維持專業生產廠之商業模式或是朝垂直整合廠發展,都應加強需求面的整合,太陽能電池廠商可以跨足品牌晶片廠、太陽能模組廠及太陽能系統廠,拓展市場創造利潤;就現有太陽能光電市場需求高的國家加強策略聯盟策略或進行垂直整合,取得商機,亦可以採取與中國大陸太陽能光電廠商策略聯盟或相互投資的方式,以此提升台灣太陽能光電廠商的競爭力,另建議要多角經營並跨足其他領域應用,太陽能目前仍是政筞產業就有著政筞風險。;Solar energy is an important industry in green energy, and case companies in the operation of 14 years, from small companies to the current Taiwan′s largest solar energy enterprises, it is worth snooping on its business practices. The primary goal of enterprise management is to obtain profits, how to convert the investment into output, in order to obtain profits, this process is the business model of the enterprise. This study first from the industry as a whole, and then the use of case analysis method, the selection of Taiwan′s solar photovoltaic industry leading manufacturers as a sample (renewable energy), the case company in the industrial solar development stage, from the enterprise growth strategy into the business model, this study found that Taiwan′s solar photovoltaic industry output value concentrated in the solar cell sub-industry , Taiwan′s solar cell sub-industry has become the world′s second largest health base, but also let the case company can be the basis for enterprise growth.Taiwan Solar photovoltaic manufacturers case companies are leading the technical capacity, superior to other Taiwanese manufacturers, and receive higher interest rates than other manufacturers. This study suggests that Taiwan solar cell manufacturers, whether they want to maintain a commercial model of a professional production plant or develop towards a vertical integration plant in the future, should strengthen the integration of demand surface, solar cell manufacturers can cross-legged brand solar module factory, expand the market to create profits In order to enhance the competitiveness of Taiwan′s solar photovoltaic manufacturers by strengthening strategic alliance strategies or vertical integration and achieving business opportunities in countries with high demand for solar photovoltaic markets, we can also adopt strategic alliances or mutual investments with solar photovoltaic manufacturers in mainland China.
