    摘要: 隨著近年來工業4.0的發展,智慧機械結合了機器視覺、電子、電機、機械、自動化等整合應用,智慧機械改變了傳統機器人的使用方式,廣泛的應用在工業用途上,是近年來備受矚目的產業。使得機器視覺也更加的普及,利用機器視覺來輔助生產及確保產品品質的良率,在此本論文以工業4.0為基礎架構下,使用機器視覺輔助,應用於 魔術方塊 的生產上,以固定的方式來拍攝並擷取影像,減少夾冶具或設備定位的問題,並在生產時用於良率的檢測上。
    本論文機器手臂機構由SolidWorks繪製且設計一解魔術方塊之機器手臂機構,運用3D列印機和雷射雕刻機,列印與切割其零件再加以組裝,快速與低成本的特性架設所需的實驗機構。在論文中透過 Webcam的影像擷取與Matlab影像處理取得魔術方塊的六面顏色與外型輪廓,將辨視和判斷後的資訊轉換成程式碼,由Arduino控制馬達控制訊號進行魔術方塊的轉正動作,透過本文發展的系統可以初步的為樣品做一個簡單的檢測,並且可以應用在建立生產過程的基本規範上。

    ;In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in the Smart Machinery. With the development of Industry 4.0 in recent years, the Smart machinery combines machine vision, electronics, motors, machinery, automation and other integrated applications. The Smart Machinery, the focus of public attention, has changed the use of traditional robots and widely used in industry newly. The Smart Machinery has gained machine vision more popular, and which can be applied to manufacture and ensure the quality of the product.
    Based on the infrastructure of Industry 4.0, the purpose of this study was to investigate that the use of machine vision assistance which applied to the production of Rubik′s Cube. The machine vision can assist in capturing images in a fixed manner and reducing the problem of clamping tools or positioning of facility, and also being used in the measurement of production rate.
    In this study, the robotic arm mechanism is designed by SolidWorks to understand the robotic arm mechanism of Rubik′s Cube. The required experimental equipment is lowered the costs and is accelerated by means of using 3D printers, laser engraving machine in printing and cutting their parts and reassembling them. Through the image capture of Webcam and image processing in Matlab, they are able to obtain the six-sided color of Rubik Cube and outline of figure and convert the discerning and judgmental information into source code. The positive movement of Rubik′s Cube is transformed by Arduino that controlling motor signal.
    The main purpose of this study is to develop an understanding of the system in this study can be a preliminary for the sample to do a simple test, and can be applied to the establishment of the production process of the basic specifications.
