    題名: 核一廠廠區3D互動式場景及資訊平台之建立;Establishment of 3D Interactive Visual and Information Platform for the First Nuclear Power Plant

    摘要: 核一廠整體的除役計畫即將啟動,而核能設施現場作業是相當危險且複雜的狀況,若無妥善規劃作業的流程與內容,將會使工作人員陷於工安及輻安的危險中,包含人員現場經驗不足、長時間輻射場所滯留、劑量曝露的問題等。因此,若能將其傳統作法與經驗值,轉化為數位化科技,藉由工程視覺輔助技術的應用,透過完整且準確的工程參數,建立起整個核能設施的數位模型資料庫,及建立工程環境作視覺化模擬呈現,藉由所提供各項工程資訊數據、虛擬實境預覽等,將可大幅有助在作業前進行妥善且周嚴之規劃工作項目與內容,俾利於除役前所做之前置處理。有鑑於此,本計畫擬參考國際電業、核能產業施工、管理和除役等已被廣泛之3D 場景呈現應用案例進行評估與分析,找出適用於國內當前環境下可採用之互動視覺場景需求,規劃並建立一套採用Unity3D建置3D場景之前端瀏覽介面及後台管理機制之互動式3D視覺環境資訊平台,供場區及各資料掌管部門進行數位化管理,以虛擬第三人視角,讓使用者可在3D場景中漫遊,並顯示該主人物移動時之輻射劑量資料,及針對欲前往工作之地點、廠區及房間,先行了解其現場布置、輻射劑量分布及現場組件工程資訊;據以模擬各項工程除役變化,來協助現場工作人員進行工作規劃,達到縮短工期、提高效率,更可預先了解在模擬情境下現場布置、以及輻射劑量分布之呈現,大幅降低工作人員於輻射劑量之危險性。 ;The decommissioning plan of the Jinshan Nuclear Power Plant will start soon, and the on-site operation of the corresponding work is quite dangerous and complicated. If the process and contents of the operation are not properly planned, the workers will be trapped in the danger of safety. It includes problems such as insufficient on-site experience, long-term radiation exposure, and dose exposure. Therefore, if the traditional practices and experience values can be converted into digital technology, through the application of engineering visualization assisted technology, the digital model database of the entire nuclear energy facility can be established through the complete and accurate engineering parameters, and the engineering environment can be established. Visualized simulation presentation, through the provision of various engineering information data, virtual reality preview, etc., will greatly facilitate the preparation of proper and thoughtful planning work items and contents before the operation, and benefit from the pre-destruction work. In view of this, the project intends to refer to the international electric industry, nuclear energy industry construction, management and decommissioning, and aims at evaluating and analyzing a wide range of 3D scenarios, to find out the interactive visual scenes that can be used in the current domestic environment. The project will plan and build an interactive 3D visual environment information platform that uses Unity3D to build a 3D scene front-end browsing interface and background management mechanism for digital management of the field and various data management departments, with a virtual third-person perspective. It will allow the user to roam in the 3D scene and display the radiation dose data of the main character when moving, and to understand the site layout, radiation dose distribution and field component engineering information for the location, plant and room to be visited; To simulate the decommissioning of various projects, to assist field staff to carry out work planning, to shorten the construction period, improve efficiency, and to understand in advance the field layout in the simulation situation, and the presentation of radiation dose distribution, greatly reducing the radiation dose of workers.
