    摘要: 鋼碴再利用時必須做好安定化以及產品品質檢測,本計畫構想發展熱壓處理檢測鋼碴粉化率技術,預期可更簡單、快速及準確的檢測鋼碴是否安定化,並提出管理的策略及鋼碴作為混凝土粒料的品質管制方法,將有利推展於實務應用,避免誤用未安定的鋼碴。 本計畫主題為「鋼碴熱壓粉化檢測技術研發及台灣地區鋼碴安定性檢測方法」,擬區分三年執行: 第一年進行「鋼碴熱壓粉化程度因素探討及影響評估」,先取代表性鋼碴進行研究,希望藉探討熱壓粉化影響因素,包括鋼碴膨脹性、鋼碴粒徑、熱壓溫度及熱壓時間等,對鋼碴粉化程度的影響,獲得合適的鋼碴熱壓粉化檢測試驗條件。 第二年探討「鋼碴熱壓粉化檢測技術判定標準」,以第一年研究成果,進行鋼碴熱壓粉化試驗,並與申請人過去科技部研究的成果,包括鋼碴游離CaO及MgO含量分析方法及鋼碴砂漿棒熱壓膨脹量檢測技術,進行關聯性比較,以提出鋼碴熱壓粉化檢測技術的判定標準。 第三年進行「台灣地區鋼碴熱壓粉化率普查及鋼碴安定性檢測流程建構」,希望應用熱壓粉化檢測技術普查台灣地區鋼碴的粉化率,進一步驗證鋼碴熱壓粉化檢測技術的適用性,並檢討鋼碴安定性判定標準,最後,再綜合提出適合於台灣地區的鋼碴安定性檢測流程。 ;The stabilizing and product quality testing of steel slag must do the best for re-using steel slag as regeneration material. This project tries to develope the autoclave powder ratio technology, so we can detect the stabilized properties of steel slag more simple, fast and accurate. And we will propose the management strategy and the quality control method for using steel slag as the concrete aggregate. The theme of this project is "Research on the steel slag autoclave powder ratio technology and the stability detection method of steel slag in Taiwan", to be divided into three years to be implemented: In the first year, "Evaluation on the factors influencing degree of autoclave powdering of steel slag and its impact assessment" will carry out. Taking the representative steel slag for study, we hope to explore the influencing factors of autoclave powdering, including the expansion properties of steel slag, the size of steel slag, the autoclave temperature and time, ant the impact degree of the above factors. To obtain the testing conditions of the steel slag autoclave powdering examination. In the following year, "The determination criteria of autoclave powder examination technology of steel slag" will be discussed. The autoclave powder testing of steel slag will be carried out based on the first year’s research results. In addition, the results of previous studies, including free CaO and MgO content analysis method of steel slag and mortar bar thermal expansion measurement technology, will be applied and the relationship of several testing results will be compared. And then we will propose the determination criteria of steel slag autoclave powder ratio test. In the third year, we will conduct "The autoclave powder ratio survey of steel slag in Taiwan and the testing process of examination for steel slag stability". We hope to survey the autovlave powder ratio of steel slag in Taiwan by using the autoclave powder ratio test. So can verify the applicability of the autoclave powder ratio test and review the criteria of testing results. Finally, we will propose the testing process of examination for steel slag stability.
