    摘要: 本研究擬研究光觸媒對微藻養殖成效,並對蝦紅素的包覆做研發,預期在微藻養殖生產與蝦紅素的保存上,有一系列完整的製程,以利相關保健食品、化妝品等多元應用。二氧化鈦是目前市面上用途最廣泛之光觸媒, 二氧化鈦光觸媒在接受特定光源激發後,可釋放出氫氧自由基;同時,雨生紅球藻的養殖需要光照,氫氧自由基亦是誘導雨生紅球藻生產蝦紅素的主因之一。如能將兩者結合運用,定能在微藻工業上發展出一個創新的技術。本計畫擬發展一套蝦紅素完整的生產供應鏈,打造台灣原創蝦紅素品牌,從微藻養殖到蝦紅素包覆保存,以供末端高價值商品應用,提升台灣生技產業整體競爭力,並與國際生物科技產業銜接。微藻養殖試驗的部分將使用銳鈦礦型(anatase)二氧化鈦光觸媒作為添加物,分散至培養基與微藻一同生長,並觀察微藻細胞數目變化。其後根據目前工業上常使用之培養裝置,如半密閉式圓柱型光生物反應器、開放式跑道池,觀察二氧化鈦光觸媒用於非無菌狀態下的大規模培養成效,在微藻培養期間是否可降低微生物數量,進而提升生物量。本計畫亦涵括蝦紅素包覆技術的研究,將使用殼聚醣、明膠、羧甲基纖維素鈉、阿拉伯膠、關華豆膠、玉米澱粉、β-環糊精、麥芽糊精等天然食品級原料,利用原料的物理特性以及彼次之間的交連性來做蝦紅素的包覆測試。 ;Our research is focusing on the effective of photocatalyst on algaeculture, and developing Liposome-Encapsulated astaxanthin. We expect a series of producting processes, which are well-planned and completely, to improve not only the production of algaculture and the preservation of astaxanthin, but also the industrial application on Dietary Supplement and cosmetics .Titanium dioxide is currently the most popular and widely used photocatalyst in the market. After absorbing specific wavelengths of light, Titanium dioxide will release hydroxyl radical. Meanwhile, both visible light and hydroxyl radical can be used as major factor on cultivation of Haematococcus pluvialis, and synthesis astaxanthin by induce itself.We assume by the combination of above processes will eventually made up a brand new and creative technology on the algae industry.tarting from algaculture and storage of astaxanthin , this project aim to establish a completely astaxanthin production supply chain and build a new brand based on “Taiwan invented”. Not only enhance the competitiveness of Taiwan's biotechnology industry but also link up with the international astaxanthin market.The experiement of algaculture will use anatase phase Titanium dioxide as ingredient, and later on distributed to each medium for algae gwroth. The cell number of algae will be observed and recorded.Furthermore, by the observation on effectiveness of mass, under sterile evironment with Titanium dioxide photocatalyst as ingredient, implements on general incubation device such as photobioreactor or race-way ponds, we expect the production will be increased due to the quantities of bacteria is decreased during the process.This project also including the research of Liposome-Encapsulated astaxanthin. We will use the natural food grade materials such as chitosan, gelatin, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, gum arabic, guan gum, corn starch, β-cyclodextrin, maltodextrin, ect.
