    Abstract: 本計畫運作之資源衛星接收站屬國家之空間資訊基礎建置,為現代化國家之基本需求。國內至少有94所大學與內政部、農委會及環保署等政府部門,均曾使用本站之衛星影像及相關服務,提供學界在研究、教學與應用,以及環境與災害監測之作業性需求。除支撐遙測基礎建設外,遙測影像應用於環境監測及災害防治等,可保障國家社會利益及人民生命財產安全。透過開放資料和介接服務之推動,可滿足學界從事相關研究時所需之完整資料,促進學術成就之達成。本站並備援福衛之接收及影像加值運用,支援國家太空計畫發展。近年來更透過雲端技術的應用和資訊平台的提昇,以更便捷方式提供各界多元資料和客製化需求,頗具成效。為持續並強化本站對國內產官學研之服務,根據過去及目前執行成果與未來的運轉規劃,申請三年計畫,除延續既往任務,並希望透過直接衛星接收及進階開放服務,提供更佳的服務品質。本計畫主要工作項目為(1) 資源衛星接收站運轉,(2) 衛星影像進階服務(2.0),(3) 自動化超高解析度光學衛星影像正射產品產製,(4) 雷達衛星影像技術應用推廣與運轉。預期提供國內各界使用者更高品質、更即時之多元衛星遙測影像、加值產品、以及空間資訊應用服務。 ;The Resource Satellite Ground Receiving Station is an indispensable part of spatial information infrastructure in a modern nation. It provides essential data and services for researches and various applications, and is also crucial for national security. For example, during the years, thousands of users from at least 94 universities and numerous government agencies have used or been using the satellite images and related services provided by our station on researches, teaching and applications.In addition to supporting national spatial information infrastructure, the ground station has also provided significant and prominent contributions in the fields of disaster prevention, land monitoring, and international cooperation. During the past decades, the ground station has gradually reformed to cope with the advancement in related technologies and the change of spatial information industry structure. The ground station is also the backup of FORMOSAT data reception and processing value-added imagery to support the national space program. In recent years, due to the advancement of cloud computing technology and information platform applications, the ground station also provides diversified data and customized image products to a variety of domains.Based on the previous achievements and development plan, a three-year project is proposed. In addition to continuously carrying out the current operations, the ground station is determined to provide high quality data and services by means of direct satellite data receiving and advanced Open Data services.The primary objectives and contents of this project include: (1) ground station operation, (2) Open Data service 2.0, (3) automatic production and orthorectification processes of super high resolution images, and (4) promotion of radar satellite applications. With the continuance of the ground station will provide users, in academic, governmental and private sectors, multi-source high quality satellite images, value-added products, and advanced geospatial application services in various fields.Keywords: Resource Satellite, Ground Station, Spatial Data and Service Providing, Open Data Service.
