    Abstract: 本計畫主要將結合既有之色彩科技與牙科數位技術,開發完成牙科植牙之電子配色系統。除了產出取色之照明光源與彩色、以及顯色之彩色螢幕與環境光源間的標準校色程序,同時也期望訂定一方便而有效的牙色標準度量模式,使得在牙色溝通時,能有更準確的方式,進而帶動產業的新營運模式。不同於過去傳統色度值式的比色、配色程序,本案將利用全光譜式的量測與分析方式進行,以取得更大的準確性與應用適用性。牙齒比色一直以來是牙醫界棘手的難題,牙醫師於病人牙齒取色,牙技師依照片進行比色判斷,牙技師於義齒手工上色後,病人對於義齒顏色的滿意度僅40%,並造成重工及牙醫師與病人往返診所等後續負擔。此狀況之原因主要為取色標準不一,因光源、取色方法、成像顯示器、醫師視覺疲勞、個人對顏色之敏銳程度等多項因素,皆會大幅影響取色與比色結果。本案開發「牙科製作假牙用之電子配色系統」,期能解決目前在牙齒取色、配色程序中的關鍵瓶頸,將使得牙齒取色有一標準化系統,方便而準確地取得病人之牙齒齒色,將病人美觀需求、牙醫師治療、牙技師製牙三方問題做一徹底的結合解決,預期能將滿意度提升至80%,減少一半以上之重製工率。而且也能迅速建立產業關鍵技術的重大門檻,產生極重要而不可限量的產業影響。 ;To combine with the contemporary color technology and the novel digital dentistry, this project intends to develop an electronic color matching system for dental practice. The standard calibration procedures for the color camera and the color monitor under relevant illuminating light sources will be exploited. One novel color scale exclusively for evaluating the denture colors is under study for higher efficiency in information exchange and communication. Unlike the conventional way by the conversion between chromatic coordinates of different instruments, the spectral analysis way will be adapted for better accuracy and wider applicability.The most frequently used dental technique in the color and shade matching of teeth is done manually and visually with dental color and shade guides. This method, shade matching is accomplished by visually comparing a tooth with multiple standards of the color and shade guide tabs. The selection done in this fashion is subjective and is influenced by the ability of the human observer to choose the best matching. Factors are including the observer color perception, observer bias, ambient lighting, and the acceptance threshold of mismatch. Only 40% of the matching results are satisfied to the patients and dentists. We expect to solve the essential issues on the color and shade matching for dental practice by reducing 50% of reproducing rate and improving the satisfaction up to 80%.
