多頻帶通濾波器的重要性伴隨著無線通訊對頻寬要求的提升而升高,多頻通帶的結合為後4G與下世代無線通訊系統中的一項重要技術,相較於相對常見的多頻帶通濾波器與為增加電路調變性,本計畫提出多個低通與帶通濾波器,採用微帶線、封裝型變容二極體與散佈式耦合技術來實現。計畫電路包含一低通濾波器及單通帶帶通濾波器並接組成之雙通帶濾波器、一低通濾波器及多通帶帶通濾波器並接組成之多通帶濾波器與頻率可重置之多頻帶濾波器。 ;The requirement for a higher data rate in smartphones has triggered more channels used for a single user. For example, carrier aggregation is such a technique to combine several channels for one user to increase data rate. Therefore, multiband filters have gained more and more attention recently. To this end, in this project, we are going to use microstrip line technology, packaged varactor, and distributed coupling technique to realize three filters: dual-band lowpass and bandpass filter, multiband lowpass and bandpass filter, and reconfigurable multiband lowpass and bandpass filter.
