    Abstract: 台灣現今社會趨於少子化,對嬰幼兒、孩童的教育或遊樂相對都比以往更為多元及精緻化,為了滿足孩童的社交、挑戰、身體發展需求,近年來發展了許多具有特色的遊戲場所,相對的這些特色遊戲場內的遊具設施遊玩的挑戰性增加,其安全的顧慮相對的也提升許多。
    大多數的人到遊戲場,目光最先注意到的是色彩繽紛的遊具,往往忽略了鋪面防護材料-地墊,地墊主要功用是當兒童由遊戲甲板上墜落時,能吸收衝擊能量達到保護效果,因此樣式多變及困難度增加的遊具所要求使用之地墊等級相對提高,其造價金額也增加,對於現今地墊平均每兩年就會變質硬化,汰換下來費用不斐,因此本研究透過耐候試驗來了解鋪面防護材料受到天候環境影響之衰變情形,透過分析試驗結果來探討鋪面防護材料製成、施工及原料使用上有無改進方式,或是有其他的鋪面防護材料可供選擇。;Today′s society in Taiwan tends to have a declining birth rate. Education or play for infants and children are more diverse and refined than ever.
    To meet children′s social, challenge, and physical development needs, in recent years, many unique playgrounds have been developed, its concerns about safety have also increased. The first thing most people notice at the playground is the colorful equipment, but the protection material: floor mat is often ignored.
    The main function of the floor mat is when a child falls from the play deck, it absorbs impact energy to achieve the protective effect. The required floor mat level is relatively higher as varying style and increased difficulty of equipment, its cost also increased. Today’s floor mats deteriorate and harden every two years on average and are costly to replace. Therefore, in this study, Weathering tests are used to understand the decay of paving protection materials under the influence of the weather environment, analyze the test results to explore the production of paving protective materials, improve on construction method and use of materials, or other pavement protective materials selection.
