;There are many researches on Lao Tzu′s thoughts and the Tao Te Ching, but few studies use "health philosophy" as an entry point. Therefore, the focus of this article is on the research and development of the "Health Philosophy" in the Book of Dao De Jing, and the compilation of its thoughts in relevant aspects. A person′s health is supported by many conditions. The discussion of health using the Tao of the Tao Te Ching as a starting point can include all of this because of the various characteristics of the Tao. Letting the Tao Te Ching be no longer misunderstood is merely empty talk, but has its philosophical basis, and allows modern science and individuals to provide a Chinese cultural perspective that is different from the traditional West to re-examine what "health" is. Therefore, the context of the content begins with a discussion of the "Tao", and uses the concepts of aesthetics and ethics as intermediary to expand the theory and practice of "health philosophy" under the thought of the Tao Te Ching.
