Abstract:	桃園自103年12月25日正式升格後，邁入轉型起飛階段，各項公共工程建設依序展開，透過金品獎認證的金品工程，除可促進廠商良性競爭，更可為桃園帶來優良的施工團隊進駐，提高公共工程團隊素質，進而全面提升本市公共工程品質。本研究係透過桃園市政府公共工程金品獎開辦後，近3年參加全國性工程競賽之績效作歸納分析，並提出透過工程督導機制、工程查核、工程專案輔導及導入履約情形計分等精進作為並同時藉由辦理工程專案教育訓練相關課程、研討會與工程參訪來提升本質學能，加強工程人員之專業能力，以建構更優質的樂活移居環境，全面提升民眾的生活品質。;Taoyuan has entered a growth stage since it was officially upgraded on December 25, 2014, various public projects have started in sequence. Projects certified by the Gold Award can not only promote virtuous competition among manufacturers, but also bring excellent construction teams to Taoyuan, improve the quality of public engineering teams, and comprehensively improve the quality of public engineering in the city. After the Taoyuan City Government′s Public Works Gold Award was launched, this research summarizes and analyzes the performance of participating in national engineering competitions in the past three years. Proposing the use of the engineering supervision mechanism, engineering inspection, engineering project counseling, and introduction of performance scoring, and strengthen the professional ability of engineering personnel, by handling engineering project education and training related courses, seminars and engineering visits to improve essential academic skills, to build a better living environment for living and comprehensively improve the quality of life of the people.
