    Abstract: 設備是現代企業的物質基礎,是企業固定資產的主體,也是企業生產力發展水準與
    企業現代化程度的主要標誌。可以說,沒有機器設備就沒有現代化的生產,也就沒有現
    代化的企業。現代社會無處不在的充滿了各種各樣設備,與此同時,與設備管理有關的
    問題也隨之而來,設備的可靠度管理便是其中之一。加強設備管理工作是企業發展的需
    要,更是完成各項生產任務的基本要求,對保證企業正常的生產,提高企業生產效率,
    促進企業經濟發展具有重要的意義。
    隨著企業設備不斷朝著大型化、複雜化和自動化方向發展,設備在生產上的重要性
    日益加深,如何使企業的生產活動適應市場形勢的變化成為一個重要的課題。從設備管
    理方面來看,隨著產量的變化、設備劣化的發展、診斷技術的進步及周圍各種條件的變
    化、其體制、方式、方法也應作適應性的變化。
    設備可靠度就是以最經濟的設備全壽命週期費用,創造最好的經濟效益。一方面,要從設備整個壽命週期綜合管理降低費用;另一方面,要努力提高設備利用率和工作效率。設備可靠度包括設備的設計、製造、管理與維修等。設備可靠度工程學主張以系統論,研究設備全壽命週期管理。
    由於新的設備管理模式的核心是把綜合費用降到最低。為了達到綜合費用的最小化
    ,個案公司有計劃的實施 TPM 各項程序,達成設備維護的整體運作的方向是以有限的
    資源讓設備的可利用率達到 100%,有效的運用人力與維護成本的最適化。同時要確定
    能夠反映不同時期維修方式的變化,還利用綜合費用的經驗公式或理論公式將設備維修
    費用定量化。;Equipment is the material basis of modern enterprises, is the main body of fixed assets,
    but also the level of productivity development and the main sign of the degree of
    modernization of enterprises. It can be said that without machines and equipment there would
    be no modern production, and there would be no Generational enterprise. Modern society is
    full of all kinds of devices, at the same time related to equipment management. The problem
    arises, and the reliability management of the device is one of them. Strengthening equipment
    management is the need of enterprise development. To complete the basic requirements of
    various production tasks, to ensure the normal production of enterprises, improve the
    production efficiency of enterprises, it is of great significance to promote the economic
    development of enterprises.
    As enterprise equipment continues to move towards large-scale, complex and
    automated direction, the importance of equipment in production with the deepening of the
    deepening, how to adapt the production activities of enterprises to the changes of market
    situation has become an important subject. From the device tube in terms of production, with
    the change of production, the development of equipment deterioration, the progress of
    diagnostic technology and the change of the surrounding conditions its system, methods and
    methods should also be adapted to change.
    Equipment reliability is the most economical equipment life cycle costs, to create the
    best economic benefits. On the one hand, the cost should be reduced from the comprehensive
    management of the whole life cycle of the equipment, on the other hand, we should strive to
    improve the utilization and efficiency of the equipment. Equipment reliability includes
    equipment design, manufacturing, management and maintenance. The engineering of
    equipment reliability advocates the systematic study of the whole life cycle management of
    equipment.
