    Abstract: 全球經濟力道強勁的發展,以及不斷增加的資本的支出與機械的生產,加上工業產能不斷地提升,特別的是機器變得更加自動化,持續帶動全球工業自動化設備市場向上成長。
    最後本研究歸納出中國的工業自動化產品廠商應重視研發能量與掌握關鍵技術、發展核心產品與企業品牌,並做好市場細分與定位,突顯出專業化,然後與客戶建立戰略聯盟,提供永久性服務,才能在激烈競爭的市場立足。;The strong growth of the global economy, along with the increasing capital expenditure and machinery production, and the increasing industrial capacity, in particular, the increasing automation of machines, continue to drive up the global industrial automation equipment market.
    In addition to the global wave of industrial automation in many countries, China is also actively developing her industrial automation industry, with continuous accumulation and innovation in industrial automation technologies. Because of government’s and the relevant national industrial policies, industrial automation control products made in China, such as technical services, product adaptability, and cost-effective, have gradually shown the advantage of China′s industrial automation products manufacturers.
    The study adopts the case study methods to collect the data. Due to the rapid development of industrial automation industry in China, as well as the policy support and the rapid development of science and technology in China, many firms are increasingly involved in this industry. Therefore, under the trend of the Chinese automation industry, this study analyzes two key manufacturers in China’s industrial automation industry, by exploring the dynamic development of China′s industrial automation products manufacturers, their business model and strategy layout. The findings should point out the directions of China′s future industrial automation product development and policy making.
    Finally, this study concludes that China′s industrial automation manufacturers should pay attention to increase their R&D capacity and control key technologies, develop core products and corporate brands, and refine market segmentation and positioning. I industrial automation manufacturers should also establish strategic alliances with customers to provide continuous valuable services in order to gain a strong foothold in a fiercely competitive market.
