Abstract:	台灣的面板影像顯示產業在政府兩兆雙星產業計劃的刻意扶持下，曾經輝煌璀燦。然而紅色供應鍊的堀起、中美貿易戰的催殘，曾經的兩兆雙星變成了兩造傷心，台灣的面板產業每況愈下也成為不爭的事實。中華映管公司自1971年創立以來，已擁有40年以上之歷史。從CRT映像管到TFT液晶顯示面板有非常豐富的生產經驗，為一家在台灣顯示器產業史中貢獻良多的公司。本研究主要以供應商角度針對2018年底所發生之中華映管聲請重整、緊急處分、破產的案件過程進行探討。以自身的深度體驗、法院裁定文、適用法律條文及文獻整理、財務分析等方面研究中華映管之個案。並且，以供應商之角色探討在開始導入客戶供應鏈體系及維持供應關係所付出之代價、並在不得已之情況下進行民事訴訟程序之心路歷程。最後企圖從供應商之角度提出對於中華映管整體案件之階段性見解及建議。;Taiwanese display panel industry was brilliantly. The industry is a port of government founed projected called “Two Trillion and Double starts”. However, given the rise of China supply chain and US-China trade war. the industry getting down from top of hills. Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) has established since 1971, the company has more than 40 years in the display industry. CPT has very rich production experience, from Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) to Thin-Film Technology liquid crystal display panel (TFT-LCD panel), the company has contributed a lot in the Taiwan display panel industry. This research is discussing the process of reforming, emergency disposition and bankruptcy which CPT claims at end of 2018. Using own experience, court rulings, legal provision and documents., financial analysis to study CPT case. Furthermore, from supplier perspective to discuss the cost to penetrate into customer supply chain and relationship maintenance. the journey form vender-supplier to civil procedures. Finally, from supplier perspective, the research provides staged view comment and suggestion for overall CPT cases.
