本計畫的目標是藉由循環回收二次銅技術、化鍍銀包銅技術與電子級導電銅漿料的開發，大幅提升回收二次銅之純度，進行循環回收銅製備銅粉於電子級銅漿應用之高值化技術開發，並推動台灣產業高值化。整體應用目標在開發國內自產高純度銅粉與電子級導電銅漿料之技術，並取代昂貴之進口銅粉，開創國內產業優勢，提升國際競爭力。 本年期計畫共分兩個分項計畫並與碩禾電子材料股份有限公司合作，積極發展台灣自製高純度銅之技術。分項計畫一為再生銅資源純化精煉技術。分項計畫二為回收製備銅粉材料特性分析及化鍍銀包銅奈米線與電子級導電銅漿料技術開發，同時兼顧銅粉表面抗氧化性能，優化粒徑調控製程。本計畫將整合各分項計畫之研究，落實循環經濟並創造高值技術，推動相關應用端產業，助益國內循環回收、金屬粉末、太陽能電池及電容器等相關產業，使國內達到循環經濟、永續經營。 ;This project will be aimed to enhance recycle secondary copper technology, electroless Ag-coated Cu process and electronic grade conductive copper slurry development, greatly improve the recovery of secondary copper purity, recycling copper preparation copper powder electronic grade copper slurry application of high value technology development, and to promote Taiwan's high-value industry respectively. The overall goal will apply the development of domestic production of high purity copper powder and electronic grade conductive copper paste technology, and will replace the expensive imported copper powder to create the advantages of domestic industry to enhance international competitiveness. The project will divide into two subprojects, being cooperate with GIGA Solar Materials Corp., to develop the fabrication technology for high-purity copper micro-, nanomaterials. The first subproject will focus on the copper resource purification technology and copper powder preparation research. The second subproject will focus on the material characterizations and the development of electroless Ag-coated Cu nanowires and electronic grade conductive copper slurry technology. The project will be integrated the research of the subprojects, implement the circular economy and create high-value technology to promote the relevant application industry, to help domestic recycling, metal powder, solar cells and capacitor-related industries, so that will achieve the domestic economy and sustainable development in country.
