    Abstract: 無人機因為具備高機動性與靈活性,可用於收集環境感測資料,已經成為許多工業或軍事用途中的新利器,現有相關技術多在具有空曠直線可視環境下,利用空拍或熱顯像方式,將資訊回報給現場的指揮官及控制站。然而在多數情況下,目標感測區域並不具有空曠直線之可視環境。本計畫目標開發無人機無線感測技術,在不具有直線可視環境下,達成高精準度之室內人員感知與定位,為此,我們規劃一個三年期的計畫,循序針對下列三個部分作深入探討: 第一年:如何透過無人機與通訊基礎設施的整合,辨識周遭空間是否有人為活動; 第二年:如何利用兩台無人機間的機對機通訊與自主移動,進行室內人數的估算; 第三年:如何利用多台無人機間的機對機通訊與自主移動,達成室內人員的定位;在本計畫完成時,我們預計將發展出一個高效的協作型飛行機器人,實現智慧城市的願景,透過本計畫的執行,可望進一步帶動台灣在專業與商用無人機的智慧化升級,打造獨具競爭力的台灣新興產業。 ;Due to the agility and mobility features, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been applied for a broad range of industrial and military missions. Most existing UAV techniques focus on image-based sensing operating in line-of-sight (LOS) environments. However, in many scenarios a target user or operator may not have LOS to the UAV. Therefore, we plan a project to develop UAV-based wireless sensing techniques, which aim to achieve high-accuracy human sensing and localization. The objective of each year is to answer the essential questions listed as follows: 1st year: How to detect human activity in surrounding areas by leveraging the existing wireless network infrastructure with a single UAV acting as a receiver; 2nd year: How to achieve human counting in surrounding areas by using two UAVs acting as a transmitter/receiver pair; 3rd year: How to localize the target user via coordinated UAV ad-hoc networks;Through this project, we will be able to develop an efficient and reliable collaborative aerial robot to achieve the vision of smart security. The practical research outcomes of this project can contribute to the area of UAV technologies and applications leading to industry innovation and social benefits.
