Abstract:	台灣為經濟發展中國家，近年來公共建設蓬勃興起，而為求公共建設品質，工程會於103年10月27日建立「公共工程施工廠商履約情形計分制度」，藉此使廠商重視履約過程及施工品質，藉以提升履約績效的成績。本研究探討公共工程施工廠商?約情形計分沿革，及比較各版修正差異，並以施工廠商績效評估導入履約情形計分辦法之個案分析探討，藉由工程案例將工程分為公園及公共設施類、新建建築工程類去做比較優異。並檢討履約情形計分辦法中評分不合理之處的提出探討與建議，期望對未來的工程導入履約計分有所精進。 ;Taiwan is an economically developing country, and public construction has flourished in recent years. In order to achieve the quality of public construction, the Engineering Association established a system name by "Public Construction Manufacturers’Performance Scoring System" on October 27, 2014, to make manufacturers pay attention to the process of contract performance. And construction quality to improve the performance of contract performance. This study explores the history of the scoring of the performance of public construction companies, and compares the differences between versions, and introduces the performance evaluation of the construction companies into the case analysis of the scoring method of the performance. The projects are divided into parks and public facilities based on engineering cases. , New construction projects are relatively excellent. And review the scoring method of the performance situation and put forward discussions and suggestions for unreasonable scoring, and improve the introduction of performance scoring in future projects.
