Abstract:	近年國內營造業對於職業安全越來越重視，對於職業災害預防的法規和管理制度不斷更新，但即使有在進步，營造業歷年的傷亡人數依舊是全產業最高的。許多與營造安全相關的研究被執行以解決此一現況問題，營造業從業人員的?安全?為即是相關研究的議題之一，而使用安全衛生標示即為一減少不安全行為之手段。目前的研究未曾探討安全衛生標示如何對從業人員帶來影響；如果可得知現行安全衛生標示對於營造業人員的注意力影響，將其進行修改來提升營造業人員對安全衛生標示的注意力，如此一來可以加強工安意識進而減少營造災害的發生。本研究的目的為調查現行安全衛生標示的使用情況以及了解怎樣的標示會影響人員的注意力。因此，本研究使用注意力網絡測驗以及問卷的方式進行安全衛生標示對人員注意力之調查與分析，以找出能夠吸引人員注意力之標示設計樣態。統計分析的結果顯示，圖案改變的標示是可以影響人員的注意力，以及發現有些現行標示已能有效地吸引人員的注意力，不需要再進行修改。本研究的結果能作為營造業在未來設計安全衛生標示時之參考以提高人員對標示的注意力。;The construction industry in Taiwan pays more attention to occupational safety in recent years. Regulations and management systems regarding occupational hazard prevention are kept updated; however, the casualties of the construction industry are still the highest among all industries over the years. To deal with this practical issue, many construction safety-related research has been conducted and one of them is to focus on the unsafe behavior of construction practitioners. The use of safety and health signs is a means of reducing unsafe behavior occurrence, but present research has not studied how safety and health signs affect practitioners. If the influence of the signs on practitioners’ attention can be found, the designs of the signs can be accordingly improved to better draw practitioners’ attention and then their safety awareness can be raised to prevent construction hazards. Therefore, this research uses Attention Network Test (ANT) and questionnaire survey to study and analyze the attention of human beings on safety and health signs to find out the signs’ design patterns that better attract people’s attention. The research results show that the changes of signs’ design can indeed influence people’s attention and some of current signs have already been able to effectively draws their attention, i.e. no revision required. The results can serve as a reference of designing safety and health signs in the future for the construction industry to increase practitioners’ attention on the signs.
