本研究建立了一套規則式演算法 以此 開發了一套自動化安排的排程 巨集,此巨集 考量了不 僅 只有節省 Setup 次數, 也一併 考量了平均 CT 的問題,要確保每一台機台的待測都是足夠的,也方便審視後續機台怎麼安排 ,若客戶有特急件需要趕出貨,也可以一 起 計算,產出一個近似的最佳解,附上後續的出 貨交期 。當我們產線能依照預計的排程 產出時,就等於能提供一個準確交期給客人時,不僅僅能增加客人對我們公司的信任,後續提供給我們更多的貨批測試,也能額外附加公司在業界間的口碑,增加公司的競爭力 。;In the modern era when everything is required to be automated, many jobs that used to be done by humans can gradually be replaced with machine, and scheduling is no exception. Taking our company as an example, technique about how to arrange scheduling is used to be passed on from previous personnel.;however, it has now gradually moved towards automation. It becomes so simple that even newcomers who just start working can use it after a simple instruction. This is very practical for many companies with limited labor force because it can reduce the time spent on work handover when people take leave. All they need to do is to just follow the schedule that runs out.
This research refers to the solution method of regular algorithm and develops a set of automatic arrangement macros. This macro takes into account not only the saving of Setup times, but also the average CT problem. It is necessary to ensure that each machine Stations to be tested are sufficient, and it is convenient to review how the subsequent machines are arranged. If the customer has urgent items that need to be shipped, they can also be calculated together to produce an approximate optimal solution, with the subsequent delivery date attached. When our production line can arrange the output according to the expected, it is equivalent to providing an accurate delivery date to the customer. It will not only increase the customer’s trust in our company, but also provide us with more batch tests in the follow-up. This leads to the enhancement the company′s reputation in the industry, and therefore increases the company′s competitiveness.
