    摘要: 養生,是生而為人的重要課題,善養生者,終身受用。是此,本論文以《莊子》的養生思想為研究主題,輔以先秦時代的養生思想為研究參照,探究養生思想在養神、養形、養心等不同面向之關聯,裨益於面對生活生命的自處之道,以寬闊的心胸,開明的眼界,迎向自在美好的人生。
    有感於現代人對身心健康的期待,希望活得自在快樂。事實上,生活在科技化的世代,物質生活之豐富,醫學研究之進步,人們依然無法抵擋身心所承受之生老病苦,是欲藉此探討莊子的養生思想,從生理、心理、社會三個層面,建立良好的養生觀念與方法,學習去掉自己的心知執著,減輕身心的痛苦與壓力,期盼達到適切的養生功效。
    本文以養生主之「主」為出發點,從人自身的角度思考,藉著莊子的養生思想,反思,如何在瞬息萬變的世界中安頓自己的身心,學習觀照自己、涵養自己的精氣神,不因外物的束縛而失去自己,物我各得其所,動靜之間適度調整,安時而處順,養生同時達生。
    ;Health-preserving is an important subject of being a human being, and those who are good at health-preserving can benefit for life. For this reason, this thesis takes the health-preserving thought of "Zhuangzi" as the research theme, supplemented by the health-preserving thought of the pre-Qin era as a research reference, to explore the relationship between health-preserving thought and different aspects such as mental health, body shape, and heart. Contribute to the way of facing the life of oneself, with a broad mind and an open vision to welcome a free and beautiful life.
    Feeling the expectations of modern people for physical and mental health, We hope to live comfortably and happily. In fact, living in the technological age, with the abundance of material life and the advance of medical research, people still can’t resist the suffering of birth, aging, and sickness both physically and mentally. From physical, mental, and social dimensions, establish good health-preserving concepts and methods, learn to get rid of one′s own mental stubbornness, relieve physical and mental pain and pressure. It is expected that we achieve appropriate health-preserving effects.
    This article takes the "main" of the main body of health as the starting point, thinking from the perspective of human beings, and applying Zhuangzi′s health-preserving thought to reflect on how to settle one′s body and mind in the ever-changing world. Learn to observe oneself and cultivate one′s energy, vitality and spirit. Do not lose yourself due to external restraint. There are proper places for the matters and selves, moderate adjustments between movement and stillness, content and smoothness, and health-preserving at the same time.
