摘要: | 養生,是生而為人的重要課題,善養生者,終身受用。是此,本論文以《莊子》的養生思想為研究主題,輔以先秦時代的養生思想為研究參照,探究養生思想在養神、養形、養心等不同面向之關聯,裨益於面對生活生命的自處之道,以寬闊的心胸,開明的眼界,迎向自在美好的人生。 有感於現代人對身心健康的期待,希望活得自在快樂。事實上,生活在科技化的世代,物質生活之豐富,醫學研究之進步,人們依然無法抵擋身心所承受之生老病苦,是欲藉此探討莊子的養生思想,從生理、心理、社會三個層面,建立良好的養生觀念與方法,學習去掉自己的心知執著,減輕身心的痛苦與壓力,期盼達到適切的養生功效。 本文以養生主之「主」為出發點,從人自身的角度思考,藉著莊子的養生思想,反思,如何在瞬息萬變的世界中安頓自己的身心,學習觀照自己、涵養自己的精氣神,不因外物的束縛而失去自己,物我各得其所,動靜之間適度調整,安時而處順,養生同時達生。 ;Health-preserving is an important subject of being a human being, and those who are good at health-preserving can benefit for life. It is expected that we achieve appropriate health-preserving effects. This article takes the "main" of the main body of health as the starting point, thinking from the perspective of human beings, and applying Zhuangzi′s health-preserving thought to reflect on how to settle one′s body and mind in the ever-changing world.
