    Abstract: 有鑑於我國面臨老年人口年齡結構快速高齡化,其高齡族群的問題勢必要更加重視,所以國內交通運輸環境設計,需考慮更廣泛的族群使用特性。因此本研究目的為(1)針對捷運車站適應高齡化之主要設施現況檢討可執行價值工程研析之處。(2)提供未來捷運車站主要設施適應高齡化需求之設計規範建議。本研究透過第一階段專家訪談確立出捷運車站之主要設施,以及建立出符合車站範圍的因應高齡者之設計通則,接著以環狀線板橋車站為研究客體,藉由現地調查的方式進行實際探勘,探討捷運車站主要設施於高齡族群之問題,以提供捷運車站主要設施之檢討對策與相關改善方案,最後進行第二階段專家訪談,以詢問價值工程研析在判斷階段所需評估因子之標準權重,以及對本研究提出之創意構想加以判斷與驗證,並對該設施進行價值工程研析,以瞭解問題與所需之機能。根據個案研析實際驗證後,本研究所提出價值工程適應高齡化之具體改善方案,有效達到了捷運車站設施適應高齡者的成果,並提供了未來捷運車站主要設施適應高齡化需求之設計規範與建議,藉以改變捷運車站環境,並保障其高齡族群之使用權利,以迎接未來超高齡社會的來臨。;In view of the rapid aging of Taiwan’s population, it is necessary to pay more attention to the problem of the elderly needs for public transportation, especially the Mass Rapid Transportation (MRT). Therefore, the design of the domestic transportation environment needs to consider the characteristics of wider ethnic groups. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to (1) review the current status of the main facilities that adapt to the aging problem of the MRT stations to perform value engineering (VE) research and analysis, (2) provide creative VE design specifications for the main facilities of MRT stations in the future to meet the needs of aging people.
    This study established the main facilities of the MRT station through the first phase of expert interviews, and established the VE rules for the elderly in line with the station facilities. Then, the circle line Banqiao station was used as the research object, and the actual survey was carried out by means of on-site investigation. Then, this study explores and discusses the problems of the main facilities of MRT stations in the elderly population, in order to provide review countermeasures and related improvement plans for the main facilities of MRT stations. Finally, it conducts the second phase of expert interviews to inquire about the evaluation factors needed in the judgment stage of VE analysis. The standard weight of VE criteria and the creative ideas proposed in this research are judged and verified, and the VE analysis of the facility is carried out to understand the problems and the required functions.
    After actual verification based on case studies, this study proposes a specific VE improvement plan to adapt to the aging population, which effectively achieves the results of the MRT station facilities for future design. Recommendations and suggestions are proposed to change the environment of MRT stations and enhance the usage rights of the elderly to welcome the advent of the super-aged society in the future.
