    本研究旨在瞭解桃園市推動「客語沉浸式」教學主管及教學者在執行客語沉浸式計畫教學中現況,並探究其實施困境及家長對幼兒園實施客語沉浸式教學的認同與支持態度。以桃園地區公、私立幼兒園推動客語沉浸式教學四所幼兒園主管及十二位教學者進行質性訪談並以問卷調查方式邀請120位家長進行填答,研究結果如下:
    壹、客語沉浸式教學之現況
    推動客語沉浸式幼兒園主管必須要有強烈推動的意願與認同,才能持續執行,母語才得以保存。將主題課程融入客語教學,以日常生活及例行性活動融入客語教學的一部份,讓幼兒在客語環境刺激的淺移默化中習得客語,達到親子良好互動、親師配合支援、幼兒學習不間斷,促進三方提升客語的使用量,強化母語學習客語,達到傳承母語及復振之目標。
    貳、客語沉浸式教學面臨之困境
    幼兒園會說客語的師資極為不足,在客語教保員腔調類別上無法依幼兒園需求而得到支援,在教學與溝通上因雙方腔調間的不同;客語教學教材、教具缺乏,使教學者自行製作居多;輔導單位對於客家族群不認同,要求客字不得出現於教學現場,使教學推動上信心受阻。
    參、客語沉浸式教學家長之態度
    參與客語沉浸式幼兒園的家長在客家族群認同度上有強烈保留客家語言傳承之意識,在推動意願上也常陪同幼兒運用客語進行溝通互動,並積極參與幼兒園辦理之客家文化活動,增加親子互動及提高說客語之頻率,家長認為除了學校辦理客家文化相關活動之外,政府在推動上應多舉辦有關客家文化與語言學習的活動,使家長能有更多參與客語活動的機會,將有助於客語沉浸式教學的推動。

    ;Abstract
    The problem is that the mother tongue has been facing an issue of the disappearance, with the serious issue, some of kindergartens have straighten theirs back to keep the mother tongue as best they can. They hope that it could narrow the gap between young generation and age, the decrease in mother tongue will be getting lower and lower.
    The study is the aim to understand the Hakka Language Immersion in Preschool, and it could comprehend what parents are thinking about the topic, the purpose of the essay is for the Hakka Language Immersion in Preschool between teaching as well as predicament. It takes fours Hakka Language Immersion kindergartens and twelve teachers via conducting qualitative interviews, at the same time, it takes that 120 parents are invited to answer it by questionnaire. The analysis results are as follows:
    To promote the Hakka Language Immersion in Preschool’s supervisors should have an intense recognition and attitude, the mother tongue is able to be preserved permanently.Kindergartens are boosting the Hakka Language Immersion in Preschool. They could merge the various topic between the teaching and lessons, it could incorporate the children’s daily life and routine activities, and it gives a hand to children for learning the Hakka language. It also encourages the parents to accompany their children with a good parent-child interaction, however; the teacher is a support for the issue, and it is about to a goal of inheriting the mother tongue.
    The parents who participate in Hakka Language Immersion in Preschool have a strong feelings about keeping back Hakka language, in addition, parents will often accompany their children to have Hakka actives in kindergartens, it is going to increase parent-child interactions, the kindergartens are able to hand Hakka-related activities, the government is bound to promote some of Hakka activities, so that, children and parents will have more opportunities to get along their children with inheriting of their mother tongue
