    Abstract: 2020 年全球在COVID-19 的肆虐之下,邊境封鎖成為世界各國阻止疫情擴散的主要手段,致使全球國際交流驟然停止,因此全球航空產業進入嚴峻的凜冬期,然而面對此次的危機影響的經營困境,由於造成的影響之深遠非過去經歷事件處理模式可以因應,本多數的航空公司面對危機但仍難逃虧損,少部分則由政府資金介入維持營運或是申請破產重整。
    華航係為我國最大之國籍航空公司,在2020 年的疫情影響之下,華航在此波疫情中並未裁員,且2020 年整年度獲利達1.4 億新臺幣,為全球少數在2020 年仍能維持獲利的航空公司。面對此波疫情華航整體經營策略以及方法應變,何以讓華航於2020 年仍能維持獲利。本研究將針對華航2020年營運獲利模式進行個案探討分析其成功獲利的原因,做為未來面對類似事件的參考依據,並可將其模式作為其他航空公司,面對後續因應維持營運狀態的參考。;In 2020, the whole world is impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The aviation is devastated by this pandemic which los of countries close the border to combat the coronavirus outbreak and it’s hard to weather the crisis from the past experience for such a seriouse global event. A mount of them are in the red, but some airlines have funds by government stepped in to maintain operations or filed for bankruptcy and reorganization.
    China Airlines is the largest national airline in Taiwan, under the influence of the 2020 pandemic, China Airlines did not lay off staff during this pandemic, and it made a profit of NT$140 million for the entire year of 2020, making it one
    of the few airlines in the world that can still maintain profit in 2020. This research will focus on the case study of China Airlines’ operating profit model in 2020 and analyze the reasons for its successful profitability, as a reference for similar events in the future, and use its model as other airlines to maintain operating status in the
    face of subsequent responses.
