    Abstract: 本文所要論述是台灣在嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)疫情之下對經濟的影響。(COVID-19)疫情自2019年12月爆發以來,隨後即在2020年初迅速擴散到全球各國。其傳染速度擴張極快,短短三個月全球已累計將近百萬確診個案。
    這疫情已導致全球經濟及金融市場遭受嚴重打擊,各國央行為不使經濟停滯,窮盡其力推出財政政策及貨幣政策。美國在2020年第一季末使出最強力道擴大QE規模至無上限。台灣陸續在2020年通過3次紓困法案,協助小型自營商及企業提供補助或低利貸款以彌補因疫情而使生計與營運遭受的損失。
    嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)的黑天鵝效應,對全球六大經濟領域產生重大衝擊,台灣產業也一樣受創,本研究蒐集2019年至2021年第一季台灣製造業與服務產業的營收,分析差異及影響。
    ;The purpose of this article is to discuss the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on Taiwan economy. Since the Coronavirus outbreak in December 2019, it has spread with alarming speed to every country around the world early 2020. The COVID-19 cases worldwide nearly one million in just three months from January to March 2020.
    This coronavirus pandemic will cause a severe depression to the global economy and financial markets. In order not to stagnate the economy, the central bank will do their best to implement fiscal and monetary policies. At the end of the first quarter of 2020, the United States expands the scale of QE to an unlimited amount. Taiwan has released three bills in 2020 to assist small businesses and enterprises to provide subsidies or low-interest loans to make up for the loss of livelihoods and operations are caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
    The black swan effect of COVID-19 pandemic has impacted on the six major economic sectors of the global, and Taiwan industries have suffered economy damage as well. This study collects the revenue of Taiwan manufacturing and service industries from 2019 to Q1 2021 to analyze the variance and impact.
