    Title: 國際化及產品多角化策略對公司價值與財務績效影響之研究—以台灣上市公司為例

    Abstract: 本研究以2010年至2019年兼具國際化及產品多角化策略之上市公司為研究樣本,探討一般產業公司採取國際化及產品多角化策略對公司財務績效與公司價值的影響,透過多元迴歸分析,並控制公司規模、成立年數、負債比率、股東報酬率等變?進行實證。結果發現,國際化與產品多角化交互作用對ROA與公司價值具顯著正向關係,這隱含企業進行產品多角化策略同時,可考慮透過國外直接投資有助於提升財務績效並增加公司價值。另外,得到公司規模越大,越容易取得資源改善經營績效、舉債程度過高則將對財務績效產生負面影響、公司成立年數與公司價值有負向關係與股東的投資報酬率越高,有助提升公司價值等結論。;This study examines the impact of internationalization and product diversification strategies on the value and financial performance of companies in general industries by using a multiple regression analysis and controlling for variables such as company size, firm age, debt ratio, and return on shareholders. I find that the interaction between internationalization and product diversification has a significant positive relationship with ROA and company value, which implies that companies can consider foreign direct investment to improve financial performance and increase company value while engaging in product diversification strategy. In addition, I conclude that the larger–size company can obtain more resources to improve its financial performance; excessive debt has a negative impact on financial performance, and firm age has a negative relationship with company value. Finally, the higher the rate of return on shareholders, the higher the company value will be.
