摘要: | 自從台灣空污問題頻繁出現,民眾逐漸重視此問題,家戶對空氣清淨機的需求增加,廠商也推出各種功能的空氣清淨機,因此本研究以2014年至2019年中央研究院人文社會科學研究中心所提供行政院主計總處的家庭收支調查資料,分析家戶特性對空氣清淨機擁有率和擁有數量的影響;另並以台灣九大電商網站的資料來研究空氣清淨機的功能和特性對其價格的影響,資料期間為2020年8月13日到12月31日,共4個半月。 在實證模型上,以logit模型分析家戶空氣清淨機的擁有率並以zero-inflated poisson分析家戶空氣清淨機的擁有數量;另外使用半對數形式的特徵價格模型,以估算空氣清淨機不同功能和特性對價格的影響。 從logit和zero-inflated poisson模型的實證結果得出,經濟戶長年齡、戶內人口數和六十五歲以上人口數對家庭空氣清淨機擁有率和擁有數量具負向顯著影響,而經濟戶長教育程度、十二歲以下人口數、經濟戶長之受僱人員報酬和住宅所屬對家庭空氣清淨機擁有率和擁有數量具正向顯著影響。 由特徵價格模型的實證結果顯示,全機保固期、體積、重量、適用坪數、消耗功率範圍、 HEPA濾網和除臭功能(活性碳)對空氣清淨機價格影響皆為正向顯著,而消耗功率對空氣清淨機價格影響為負向顯著。 ;Since the frequent occurrence of air pollution problems in Taiwan, the public has gradually paid attention to this problem. The demand of households for air purifiers has increased, and manufacturers have also launched air purifiers with various functions. Therefore, this study uses the household income and expenditure survey data obtained from the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Center of the Academia Sinica between the year of 2014 and 2019 to analyze the impact of household characteristics on the ownership of air purifiers. In addition, this study uses the data collected from nine major e-commerce websites in Taiwan to estimate the functions and characteristics of air purifiers on their prices. The data period covers from August 13 to December 31, 2020, a total of four and a half months. In the empirical model, the logit model is used to analyze the ownership rate of household air purifiers and the zero-inflated poisson model is used to analyze the number of ownership of household air purifiers. In addition, a semi-logarithmic hedonic price model is used to calculate the impact of different functions and characteristics on the price of air purifiers. The empirical results of the logit and zero-inflated poisson models show that the age of the head of household, the number of people in the household, and the number of people over the age of 65 have a negative and significant impact on the ownership rate and the number of ownership of air purifiers. The educational level of the head of household, the number of people under the age of twelve, the salary of the employees of the head of household, and the ownership of the house have a positive and significant impact on the ownership rate and the number of ownership of air purifiers. The empirical results of the hedonic price model show that the warranty period(full machine), volume, weight, applicable square feet, the range of power consumption, HEPA filter and deodorizing function (activated carbon) have a positive effect on the price of air purifiers, while the power consumption has a negative impact on the price of air purifiers. |
