    Abstract: 來客數一直是零售實體通路重要的指標之一,但在過去的研究較少被提及與探討,而雨量更是影響來客數的重要因素之一,但其對不同型態的通路及品項影響的程度可能有所不同。本研究所挑選之生鮮類別其為民生必需品,有著迴轉率高及保存天數較低等特殊屬性,一直以來皆為零售業者吸引消費者進店購買的主力品項,本研究透過實際數據分析來證實不同通路型態之生鮮類別來客數波動受降雨量之影響,提供零售業者做為日後各項預測之參考依據,若能將此一因子納入預測考量,就有機會透過每日雨量預報來分析及管理調配相關庫存及其他資源,進而獲取更大的商業利益。;The store traffic has always been one of the important indicators of retail physical channels, but in the past research has been seldom mentioned and discussed, and raining is one of the important factors that affect the store traffic, but it may have different impact on different types of channels and products. The fresh products selected in this research are necessities of the people’s livelihood, which have special attributes such as high turnover rate and low storage days. They have always been the main products for retailers to attract consumers to buy in stores. This study uses actual data analysis to confirm that the fluctuations in the store traffic of fresh of different channel types are affected by raining, and provide retailers as a reference basis for future forecasts. If this factor can be considered in the forecast, there will be opportunities analyze and manage related inventory and other resources through daily rainfall forecasts to obtain greater business benefits.
