近年來世界各國非常重視企業社會責任的推動,目前國內法規亦要求股本為新台幣50億元至100億元的上市櫃公司,必須依據台灣證交所與櫃買中心發行的「上市上櫃公司企業社會責任實務守則」編製企業社會責任報告書,期盼企業能善盡社會責任,與利害關係人充分溝通,友善環境邁向永續並創造更美好的生活。 本研究嘗試對得獎的企業社會責任報告書整體的內容進行研究,並為CMP集團在編撰CSR報告書時提出相關的建議。本研究採用的是內容分析法。以2019年榮獲台灣企業永續獎之傳統產業類白金獎的企業社會責任報告書為分析對象。透過分析來取得獲獎的關鍵因素並與CMP集團的CSR報告書進行項目比對,從中提出可改進未來CMP集團報告書的相關建議,以爭取將來參賽時可以獲得白金獎。 除了獲獎之外,CMP集團期望進一步滿足國外客戶與經濟市場的需求,並滿足社會大眾對履行企業社會責任的期望。此外,CMP集團希望藉此同時還可以強化與利害關係人之溝通與聯繫,獲得更多的支持,以及提升員工的認同度,進而整合企業理念與核心能力,落實至日常營運並發揮最大的效益。;Nowadays, countries through the developed world have been promoting the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The existing domestic laws and regulations stipulate that listed companies with a market capitalization of NT$5 billion to NT$10 billion must compile CSR reports in accordance with “Corporate Social Responsibility Best Practice Principles for Listed Companies,” issued by Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx). It is hoped that the relevant laws and regulations can encourage companies to fulfill their corporate social responsibilities, to fully facilitate communication with stakeholders, and to be more eco-friendly in pursuit of sustainability, thereby creating a better life. This study attempts to look into the general contents of award winning CSR reports, and to propose relevant actions for the CMP group when compiling their own reports. The content analysis method is used as the research approach. The 2019 CSR Reports of companies that won the Platinum Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) and the CSR report awards in traditional manufacturing industry are the targets of analysis. Key factors for winning awards could then be identified. By comparing these key factors against the CMP Group’s CSR report, suggestions can be made to improve future CMP reports, aiming for future Platinum prize. Beyond prize winning, it is expected that CMP group can further satisfy the needs of the economic market as well as their international clients, to meet the public expectation of fulfilling corporate social responsibility. In addition, CMP group can also strengthen the tie with their stakeholders to gain more support from them, as well as enhance the employee′s sense of identity, thereby integrating their business philosophy with core competencies and maximizing benefits and profits in their daily operations.
