由於軟體專案具有其獨特性,每個專案的特性以及所面臨的環境都會有所不同, 因此同套流程並無法適應所有的專案,軟體專案團隊必須根據每個專案的需求與特性 將流程進行調適。在現今環境變動快速以及軟體開發任務間高度相依的情況下,角色 廣度自我效能 (Role Breadth Self-efficacy) 使團隊成員除了對執行角色外的任務有信心 之外,還有信心能克服所遇到的阻礙,刺激團隊成員的內在動機,進而促進團隊公民 行為 (Team Citizenship Behavior) ,使團隊能夠自發性表現出角色外的行為,不僅能夠 站在自己的工作角色,也能夠站在他人的工作角色去評估所做的調適決策是否合適, 考慮到更長遠且更完整的調適結果,必要時也要能夠執行除了本身角色之外的任務, 進而提升軟體專案調適後的有效性與效率。 綜上所述,本研究提出理論模型進一步探討角色廣度自我效能與團隊公民行為與 軟體流程調適績效間的關係。本研究採用問卷的方法來進行調查,總共回收 126 份的 有效問卷,接著採用偏最小平方法 (Partial Least Square) 對資料做分析並檢視所提出的 假說。研究結果顯示,角色廣度自我效能對於團隊公民行為具有正向的關係、助人行 為對於軟體流程調適有效性呈現正向的關係、運動家精神以及公民美德對軟體流程調 適效率呈現正向的關係。此外,本研究也針對驗證結果不顯著的假說進行更詳細的解 釋,最後也提出研究過程中的限制,並針對未來可進行的研究方向提出說明。;Due to software project has its uniqueness, characteristics of each project and environments of each project faces are quite different. Therefore, the same process is unable to accommodate all projects. Software project team has to tailor processes according to requirements and characteristics of each project. Under circumstances of fast changing business environment and high interdependences of tasks, team members who are equipped with role breadth self-efficacy have confidences on not only executing extra-role behavior but overcoming challenges, which can stimulate team members’ inner motivation, and further foster team citizenship behavior. They can be willing to perform extra-role behavior, and evaluate tailoring decisions based on their and others’ work roles. Thus, they can consider long-term and more complete tailoring results, and conduct extra-role tasks when necessary, which further enhance software process tailoring effectiveness and efficiency. As stated above, the research proposed a theoretical model to examine whether role breadth self-efficacy and team citizenship behavior can have an impact on software process tailoring performance. The research adopted a questionnaire survey to collect data samples. The research collected 126 valid questionnaires and verified the model by adopting the PLS method. The results show that: (1) Role breadth self-efficacy has a positive influence on the team citizenship behavior; (2) Helping behavior has positive influences on the SPT effectiveness. (3) Sportsmanship and civic virtue have positive influences on the SPT efficiency. In addition to significant hypotheses, the research also explains unsignificant hypotheses, states the research limitations, and proposes possible future researches.
