    摘要: 在大學的四年當中,畢業專題(Capstone project course)是資訊領域的學生最為重要的一門課程,學生們需要將在大學所學到的知識、技能應用在畢業專題上,並且可能需要涉略新知或找尋解決方案來完成專題。畢業專題目的是為了讓學生透過此課程學習專案開發之歷程,並且學習在開發程式上所會面臨的各種問題與狀況,磨練出解決問題的能力,使學生能進一步銜接業界,得已在畢業之前做好準備。就軟體系統發展而言,敏捷發展(Agile method)為現今資訊產業所盛行的開發方法,透過迭代(Iterative)與增量(Incremental)之方式,軟體開發團隊逐步進行系統之優化、擴充系統之功能。而對比以往瀑布式發展(Waterfall method)來說,在一開始談好需求後即不希望客戶之需求變更。但是目前的軟體發展已愈趨複雜,敏捷發展接納客戶頻繁之需求變更,以符合客戶之期待。然而,對於強調創新研發的軟體開發來說,衝突在腦力激盪之過程中是必然會發生的,因此提升團隊之衝突協調能力(Conflict resolution and coordination),有效地處理衝突為團隊的一項重要課題。由於學生之軟體開發能力不如業界工程師,在學生之畢業專題開發過程中,需要快速地汲取新知或尋找解決方案,因此學生在技術上之突破則仰賴於團隊之吸收能力(Absorptive capacity)。;The capstone project course in the information domain is the most important course for students in the university. Students need to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the university to the capstone project, and may need to learn new knowledge or find a solution to complete the capstone project. The purpose of the capstone project is that it is allowed students to learn the process of project development through this course, and to learn the various problems and situations encountered in the development of the program, and to hone their problem-solving skills, which further assists students to connect with the industry before graduation. In terms of software system development, the agile method is the prevailing method in the software industry today. Through iterative and incremental methods, the software development team gradually optimizes the system and expands the functions of the system. Compared with the waterfall method, the customer′s needs are not expected to change after the needs are negotiated at the beginning. However, the current software development has become more complex, and agile development accepts frequent changes in customer needs to meet customer expectations. Furthermore, the software development emphasizes innovative research and development, so conflict and coordination will inevitably occur during the brainstorming process, and how to effectively handle conflicts is an important issue for the team. Because students’ software development capabilities are not as good as those of industry engineers, they need to quickly learn new knowledge or find solutions during their graduation project development process. Therefore, students’ technological breakthroughs rely on the team’s absorptive capacity.
