工業4.0 與智慧製造是現階段世界各國正面臨到的產業轉型問題, 更是憂關國家未來競爭力的關鍵要因。本論文係以實際開發專案為基底來 進行,主要的目的為,研究第三方程式來外掛控制既有光學量測系統,以達 到整合新舊測試機台,減少人為的錯誤、疏失。其間探討到研究過程中如何 利用Windows API 與UI Automation 透過原量測系統軟體的句柄,來控制與 操作人機介面。最終達到不破壞、修改原量測系統的前提,達到整合8 套 (16 套)光學量測系統配合新的機械設備作生產製造。 本研究成果經生產線上實際測試,達到有效提升單位產能,並降低人力 需求、減少人為錯誤、疏失的目的。;Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing are the problems of industrial transformation that countries all over the world are facing at this stage, and they are also the key factors that concern the country′s future competitiveness. This thesis is based on the actual development project. The main purpose is to study the third-party program to externally control the existing optical measurement system, so as to achieve the integration of new and old testing machines and reduce human errors and negligence. During the research process, how to use Windows API and UI Automation to control and operate the man-machine interface through the handle of the original measurement system software was discussed. In the end, the premise of not destroying and modifying the original measurement system is achieved, and 8 sets (16 sets) of optical measurement systems are integrated with new mechanical equipment for manufacturing. The results of this research have been tested on the production line to achieve the purpose of effectively increasing unit production capacity, reducing manpower requirements, and reducing human errors and negligence.
